SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fast shipping is of high importance to us. That is why Slow Fashion Grails ships with PostNL, the fastest domestic shipper in the Netherlands. Your package of vintage clothing will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed during business days.
PACKING & TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the overview of your order. After the order is packed, it will be handed over to PostNL. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where you're able to track your order.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving it. Send us an Instagram DM or email with your reason and we will reply with the return address. All returns must be in an unused original condition as when purchased.

You can ship the item(s) back using the same package it arrived in. The packaging has a second strip of tape for return cases. We demand returns to be shipped with tracking code, in order to confirm the dispatch and arrival time.
Returns may take up to 3 working days to process once we have received it. Mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We do not refund any costs involved in the return shipment. Returns that arrive with us later than 14 days after you have received it, cannot be refunded. In case of a return, we will refund your payment (excl. return shipping costs) within 7 days.
