By submitting your order you automatically approve these terms & conditions where you are labeled as a customer that enters a binding agreement.
1 ORDERS
1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 We reserve the right to, in the rare occasion if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancel the requested order(s) and refund the customer.
1.3 Slow Fashion Grails reserves the right to adjust the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order.

3 SHIPPING & RETURNS
3.1 We use PostNL as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on our Shipping page. When we dispatch your order you'll a receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
3.2 We will be shipping orders within the European Union (EU). After you've confirmed that your billing address is outside the EU in the checkout, the VA will be excluded from your order.
3.3 We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier. We work with PostNL because they offer the fastest domestic shipping combined with careful service.
4 PRODUCT QUALITY
4.1 Our items are in used vintage condition, if not mentioned differently.
4.2 All the photos that are presented on the webshop are detailed to show you the product in it’s true condition, fit and colour.
4.3 If the product you’ve received is another product than the one you have ordered on our webshop, feel free to return the product or get in contact by Instagram DM or support@slowfashiongrails.com.
5 SLOW FASHION GRAILS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
5.1 After receiving your products you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned in an unused state. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days after receiving. The product shall be returned inside its original packaging which consists of a second taping strip in order to return it safely.
Until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. The return package needs a tracking code in order to confirm its time of dispatch and arrival. The product must be complete with the original sales invoice.
5 SLOW FASHION GRAILS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
5.1 After receiving your products you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned in an unused state. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days after receiving. The product shall be returned inside its original packaging which consists of a second taping strip in order to return it safely.
Until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. The return package needs a tracking code in order to confirm its time of dispatch and arrival. The product must be complete with the original sales invoice.
5.2 When the returned products doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return. The item itself must be returned in its original condition.
5.3 Slow Fashion Grails is not responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend using PostNL and purchasing a tracking code. You are responsible of the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.
